These Terms of Service apply to KNS YouTube Uploader, a private desktop tool operated for the Kids Name Songs project.

Authorized use

The application is intended only for authorized operators of the Kids Name Songs YouTube channel. Use of the application requires access to a Google account with the appropriate YouTube permissions.

YouTube and Google services

Use of the application is also subject to applicable Google and YouTube terms, policies, API rules, and account restrictions. KNS YouTube Uploader does not override any Google or YouTube platform rule.

Operator responsibility

The authorized operator remains responsible for approving videos, metadata, thumbnails, playlist assignments, visibility settings, scheduled publication times, and compliance decisions before executing publishing actions.

No public automated publishing by default

The application is designed to use explicit operational controls. Initial and validation-stage uploads may be kept private until the operator confirms that the workflow and applicable platform requirements have been satisfied.

These terms may be updated as the application develops. The latest version will be published on this website.
