2. Google account authorization

The application uses Google OAuth 2.0. Access is granted only after the Google account owner explicitly authorizes the application. The application requests only the Google/YouTube permissions required for its channel-management functions.

3. Google user data accessed

Depending on the authorized YouTube scope and the action requested by the operator, the application may access YouTube account data needed to manage videos and playlists, including video IDs, titles, descriptions, tags, visibility status, scheduled publication information, playlist information, thumbnails, and API operation results.

4. How Google user data is used

Google user data is used solely to perform YouTube management actions explicitly initiated or approved by the authorized operator. The application does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, data brokerage, or unrelated analytics.

5. Data storage

KNS YouTube Uploader is designed as a desktop application. OAuth credentials, tokens, operational identifiers, and upload-status information are intended to be stored locally on the authorized operator's computer. The public website itself does not collect or store OAuth access tokens.

6. Data sharing

Google user data obtained through the application is not sold. It is not shared with third parties except where technically necessary to provide the requested Google/YouTube API functionality, to comply with applicable law, or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

7. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored OAuth tokens and operational data may be retained while the application is actively used. The authorized operator can revoke the application's Google account access through their Google Account security settings and can delete locally stored credentials and tokens from the authorized computer.

8. Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect locally stored credentials and tokens. OAuth client secrets and user tokens are not intended to be published on this website or committed to public source-code repositories.

9. Google API Services User Data Policy

KNS YouTube Uploader's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
